Prepare and proceed the tender to source services within the targeted service level. Tender process shall comply to the PT Vale Indonesia Procurement Norm, meet with customer requirement at the optimal cost. Establish a good communication between users and suppliers, prepare and control tender process and documentations to achieve the most effective process, and ensure that all processes are comply within PT Vale Indonesia ethical and business conduct.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalentin mechanical, electrical or civil engineering.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in related field, preferably experience in project
management.
• Knowledge and Experiences in Project Management would bean advantage.
• Excellent skill in Excel and Access with good understanding on ERP-SAP.
• Negotiation and supply contract development skills.
• Product and commodity knowledge and price indices.

7. Senior HR Business Partner (Work location Sorowako)

To serve as internal consultant assigned in operation area department(s) of which the main accountability is to consult, govern, observe, analyze, facilitate, and advise/recommend the improvement of organization andleadershipeffectiveness and PTVI governance and norms compliance to ensure the management practices are effective and efficient in line with PTVI
business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent, prefer in Law, business management, engineering
or psychology.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related fields.
• Knowledge of project management and organization development
• Human resources process and system
• Solid understanding of labor regulations
• Excellent written and oral communication skill
• Conflict management
